The morning before we left to Lagoon! June 23rd, 2011
Savannah had to finish up her tournament before heading to Lagoon. They finished 5th or 6th out of about thirteen teams. Way to go girls!

Hosting the coaches for the volleyball camp. Miah on the right played at BYU and coaches at USU. Kenney played for BYU and plays for UVU now. He is also a coach at Spanish Fork High School. We had a blast for the week they were here at the first of June.

1st Place at the Salem Friendly.
Finishing 3rd at the 3A Softball Championships, May 19th, 2011. The final score being 2-1, Canyon View. We had our chance to win the game and go to the state finals. With one runner on base, and a great hitter up to bat, she hit a home run to win the game! But it went foul by a foot! She ended up hitting the next ball to pitcher after she had fouled it off about five times. It was a heart breaker. While they were proud, there were many tears. For ten years Union has placed in the the top four at state, unable to get the state title. Next year...But congratulations Lady Cougars! You have a lot to be proud of!
